Is the freeway from the airport to Downtown busy during rush hours?
Our HNL traffic is very sparse.
We've had several days of over 100 plus positive CV cases.
All due to the re-opening of bars and restaurants.
I'm self quarantining in my apartment.
The wearing of face mask is mandatory in public.
But still many are not wearing.
