I believe those were souvenirs given out at a Houston Rockets game. The owner of the Rockets also owns the Golden Nugget, and there's a Golden Nugget in Lake Charles, LA...just a short drive from Houston. They're in the ChipGuide under the Golden Nugget Lake Charles.
