The Arizona Charlie's was a drop chip used at their poker table (think the casino only had one game going). The game was run by an elderly gentleman with a big moustache. I once asked if I might buy a $4 chip but he said no. I suspect every other collector who showed up at Charlie's for the Casinorama or other shows there wandered by and asked him the same thing! My understanding is that one evening Raulin Mendonca played some decent poker for awhile and somehow was able to buy one. Later, the poker area was closed and the man and is game were moved over to the pit area. My current understanding is that poker games ended. Whatever $4 chips remained went back to the Cage.
