I cannot even begin to thank everyone enough for your prayers and get well messages. Please forgive me for not giving everyone an update on his condition sooner. It has been an emotional roller coaster trying to get through to talk to him, get updates from the nurses throughout the day and the worst part is not seeing him! On Friday night he was moved to an acute care facility. He still has COVID-19 and Pneumonia and is on High Flow oxygen. They have been trying to wean him off of the oxygen. Some days more successful than others. One of the concerns are some neurological changes in his behavior. Unfortunately since he is still positive with the virus, they cannot do any diagnostic testing like a Catscan or an EEG. I try to assure him that he is on the road to recovery now that he is out of the hospital and into a facility that can offer him Physical Therapy and build up his strength.
