Found myself in downtown Milwaukee for two nights, so I figured I’d go to the Potawatomi Casino, which is downtown also. Very convenient. Imagine my disappointment when I found out that nobody is allowed in the building without a “gaming reservation”. You have to reserve a three hour block and be out before your three hours is up. Huh? This sounds like I made it up, but look at their website. I am not exaggerating one bit. In fact, it’s worse: you must be a member of their players club to get a reservation and they’re not taking any new members. I have encountered a number of odd casino rules as I’ve traveled around the nation, which I have always abided by, but this takes the cake.
