Will there be a trading session or this strictly for the dealers to sell their merchandise?

Does Arizona Charlies have special room rates?

I haven't flown to Vegas since I began collecting we just drive out hitting casinos on the way and bringing a bunch of chips to trade. When flying how do you transport your chips? In checked baggage or carry on? Don't think I can carry them all on the plane. Can you trust the airlines to get them there if you check them? Is there insurance available if they lose them?
