Ok, I found the answers I was looking for. The Venitian has "Stadium Black Jack" and up to 44 people can play at a time. They all play the same hand and make their own decisions about hitting, standing, etc.
For those that do not stand on the first two cards the dealer will deal community cards till ever one stands or bust. Minimum bet at the Venitian is $5.00 and Naturals only pay 6 to 5. Doesn't sound like much fun to me.
