Almost same story for me at Horseshoe in Tunica. I went there and noticed a guy with some NCV chips and managed to buy one off of him. I also saw some $25 NCV chips but really didn't want to spend that much. So I passed. Since then I decided to try to get one but have never seen them again. Maybe next trip I will make the effort again. I see the 25 NCV is still not in the Chipguide so maybe no one has one yet.
