John.
I captured images from your post and they will be processed. Right now we are backlogged with 1000's of submissions, but they will get done.
The preferred method for submissions is the ChipGuide Submission form: http://chipguide.themogh.org/cg_submission2.php
When you use the submission form it goes into a queue and will definitely be processed. There are many admins who monitor the queue and process the submissions. When you post something for the ChipGuide on the ChipBoard it is hit or miss that it will be captured.
Unfortunately, there was one collector, a personal friend of mine, that started posting submissions on the ChipBoard. He stubbornly refused to use the ChipGuide form. And now others think it is OK to post their submissions here.
Is there some issue with using the ChipGuide form?
When you use the ChipGuide form:
It will definitely be processed.
It can be processed by several admins.
The form collects additional helpful data to process the submission.
The form requires the submitter to give explicit usage rights for the submitted image.
The form is easier to use for the ChipGuide administrators, volunteers who are giving of their time and expertise for the benefit of others.
You will get an confirmation message that your submission has been accepted and an email when your submission has been processed.
Please use the form.
