Yes, the PACE is a low-price station in Bishop. There was another PACE in Big Pine some years ago but it rebranded to SHELL and is now higher-priced. PACE is a franchise operation from Back East somewhere.

I've found the lowest-priced gas station in Bishop to be the VONS Supermarket near the Junction of 6 and 395, if you can find the place. It's a little tricky, you must go down a nondescript alleyway to get to the pumps. If you're a member of the Vons Club, sometimes the prices drop 3-10c a gallon for you. And there are generally more open pumps than at Giggle Springs which tends to fill up on weekends. But your car won't laugh as much on Vons. Heee, heee, heee!
