Part of a "stay-and-play" promotion whereby if people would take an air flight to Las Vegas and book a certain hotel, they would receive this free play chip. Think I heard the story from Bob McColum some years ago. No independent knowledge of how/where/when the chip could be used but if anyone finds it's still valid --- I have one, also. So I'll be goin' to Las Vegas and sayin', "Deal me in, Boys!"
