"The Victory Club" was opened in 1933 by Tom Pardini and later named in 1937, "Tommy's Victory Club" until it's closing in 1954. He then sold building that went on the house the Silver Spur and later the Lucky Spur casinos.
Tom Pardini was born in Virginia City in 1898 and served in WW1 during the battle of the Argonne Forest, the final battle that ended WWI. Tommy Pardini died in 1962. His wife, Maria Pardini, died in 1996 at 92. His sons, Tom and Victor, still live in Carson City.
