Napa Valley Casino and Stones Gambling Hall are both opening tomorrow without any poker games. Only blackjack or other card games until they (most likely State Guidelines) get safety precautions figured out.

Hard Rock casino is open ...only 3 people allowed at blackjack and 3 card poker. They have plexiglass everywhere. Every other slot machine is turned off. Masks required.
I believe Red Hawk and Cache Creek are both open. And I haven’t heard about Thunder Valley.
