Hi Greg ----- The chip was correctly identified as coming from the Patio Club, which operated at 848 4th Street in San Rafael, CA. They also had $5 and $20 Chipcos of a similar design. The Jung/Pfaender California chip guide lists the club as having been open less than two months. The owner's of the card room license, however, kept it active (it is one of only two in Marin County, CA, north of San Francisco). It is my understanding that the license is now being used to operate Club San Rafael, 825 DuBois St, San Rafael (tho I have never tried to confirm that information). The only other licensed club in Marin County is Pete's 881 Club, also in San Rafael. ----- jim o\-S
