Today's "Chips of the Day" come again from the "TAHOE VILLAGE" which was located on the east side of Highway 50 at Kingsbury Grade, near the Stateline and across from where the "Lakeside Inn" sits today. Opened as the "TAHOE VILLAGE" from 1946 to 1951, this location became the "Casino de Paris" in 1952, then finally "Oliver's Club" in 1958 until finally closing down in 1963 when a fire was intentionally set and destroyed the building, giving the local fire department practice in fighting fires. Today's classic diecut roulette chips are from their 1st issue in 1946. Enjoy!
