The meeting was called to order at 10 a. m., in the office of the Gaming Control Board, with

Also present were Mr. David Malcolm, Chief Auditor, and Mr. John Stratton, Office Manager. AHOE PLA7A, STATELINE - PROTEST
Attorney Paul A. Richards of Reno, representing Mr. Grover C. Dullard, appeared before the Dard to protest the issuance of a license in its present form to Tahoe Plaza, Inc., Stateline. Mr. ichards contended that his client is entitled to an interest in the proposed operation because of his pro-otional efforts in bringing the organization together.

Mr. Douglas A. Busey, counsel for Tahoe Plaza, Inc., the applicants for the license explained that at one time Mr. Dullard did represent a group interested in purchasing the Tahoe Palace Club property (now being acquired by Tahoe Plaza, Inc.), but that the plans of this group did not materialize by reason of the failure to exercise ;the option within the period provided in it. Mr. Busey further stated that Mr. Dullard had never had any connection with the present transaction.
