Pam, geeez, what a story. Anyway these books, the life and loves of Lillie Langtree, were apparently
given out (those were the days) at the GN restaurant. I don't know who qualified, but this one was
signed by Bill Boyd who, I think, ran the poker room there. He probably had a piece of the joint.
