I don't recall criticizing anyone for not doing something constructive. I will criticize those that refuse to at least think about these issues. It is far to easy to simply let the government think for you.
They are free to disagree with me, but I expect them to at least explore the issues. If they have given it thought and disagree with me then I will criticize their ideas.
As to the suggestion that I refuse to participate to change the system, I think that do so participate.
I am a registered voter and participate in the process through the ballot. On Tuesday I worked as a poll watcher, and in the past I have worked as a poll inspector. I have stood on street corners with campaign signs, I have gone door to door in economically blighted neighborhoods registering voters (without regard to their beliefs).
I contribute to political organizations which have the goal of spreading libertarian ideals. And I non-violently resist oppression and encourage others to do the same.
Sure there are other things that people can do to promote good government, but I think I can say that I participate.
