Question about the lighters -- Is the timeframe for them post WWII -- say 1950's into the 1960's? Did they phase out all at once or over some period of years? Are some casinos doing such lighters today at all?

At the time, were these lighters mostly sold in casino gift shops? In drug stores, etc. around LV/Reno/Tahoe and other Nevada towns? Or ... were they primarily given away by the casinos to better customers?

Again, it's a neat collection from the "golden age" of Nevada casinos. Thanks!
