NOT DIRECTED AT ANYONE IN PARTICULAR AND CERTAINLY NO-ONE FROM THE CLUB.

But over the past month or so I have had a number of my US buyers of chips complain and then put in a dispute with Ebay claiming that they never received their items.

What troubles me here is that everyone knows that it takes a week or two to get mail from Australia to the US under normal circumstances but during these troubling times it's taking an incredible amount of time. In fact I now understand that all mail from Australia to the USA is only going by sea.

Having said that and despite my explanations of these issues to customers they continue with their dispute and will not wait. So eBay says SURE here you go have your money back and I loose the funds and the items. I hope that when these items do arrive the seller will contact me and say: "hey it arrived you were right mate - sorry". ummmm I wonder.

Anyway the result of this issue is that I will not be allowing any sales to overseas buyers.
