The limits on players per game are probably workable for awhile, except for the maximum of 4 players at poker tables. I don't think many players will want to play in a perpetually short game, especially if big & small blinds will be required 2 of every 4 hands.
It seems that they should work out an arrangement where members of the same household could sit/stand next to each other -- after showing proof of drivers license (same residence) or booked into same hotel room. Maybe a wristband ID that links both guests. After all, if you've been sheltering together and/or sharing a hotel room together, the social distancing rules seem superfluous. It would need to be an ID that floor management and surveillance could easily see.
I think the 6-foot rule here in California applies only to individuals NOT in the same residence. At least, that's how they have been enforcing it.
Hope this goes smoothly for the casinos. It will be a challenge.
