Yeah, I saw it and was trying to see if I could find any reference to the TOTE on an Indian headdress or organization name or anything else. Without luck. The only thing I could find was the totem poles from the Pacific Northwest with an carved eagle image. The only place I have seen the TOTE initials was on a couple poker chips.
