Anybody remember Albert Rollins, a fixture at the first five or six conventions? He was a great guy and a fountain of information about Puerto Rican casinos and chips. As far as I know, he was the first one to find boxloads of obsolete PR chips and market them inexpensively to collectors. I found a San Juan chip he needed one convention, and he gave me 100 different PR chips for it.
