That $100 chip is a real classic...

Is this building the same one that became Harrah's after he expanded from the old Dopy Norman's next to Harvey's? When I got out of the Army in the summer of 1962 Harrah's had casinos on both sides of Highway 50. At some point not long after that Harvey's took over the Harrah's space on the Lake side. I was living in Pollock Pines, just 45 miles west on Hwy 50- We would drive up with $20 and play the heck out of the nickle machines then have dinner and drive back home. Those were the days when gaming was just a hobby and done for fun.
