The states which reach Phase III should employ every precaution in the book in order to keep their new case numbers low and death totals low thru the Fall and up to when a vaccine is employed.

Protesters should meet all safety guidelines in order to not spread what they carry especially the asymptomatic and the millennial population that Dr Birx keeps mentioning.

...and, if needed, those protesters should be detained, tested, and then released in order to not add to community spread.

As the WHO says; we know what is killing us and we know how to slow that down... and do whatever it takes to find the carriers and remove them with dignity.

I keep hearing everything is getting better while reporting that deaths are still rising; all in the same breath... and the "oh, that's due to those who became infected three weeks ago" doesn't cut it, especially since they continue to say the same thing every week. Yes, i'm aware at a lower rate and, isn't this how we should want it to continue...!

If we allow this group of protesters to go unchecked... and the next group; and the next after... are they not aiding the enemy...?
