The Fabulous is indeed the Flamingo both outside and inside. I've tried to locate the Last Chance Saloon downtown. I think the entrance is the alleyway off of Fremont along the side of the Las Vegas Club. The interior could be anywhere. For what it's worth.....the best movie for interior shots of classic Vegas casinos is Oceans Eleven made in 1960.
