My first job out of college in 1972 was with the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI). It was located at 200 East 42nd Street. On the street level of the building was a Horn and Hardart. Needless to say I ate there many times as well as at the Times Square location.

I believe the NCCI is now in Florida.
