The only “California “ plaques I remember finding are these Lucky Chances. The one on the right is out of the package.

I do know that Artichoke Joe’s has a live 100,000 plaque that they keep on some of the tables. It is under the plexiglass holders. Their 3rd party bankers have them for payouts.
And Stones Gambling Hall has a 10,000 plaque at their 3 card poker table.
Not sure of some of the other casinos.
