BPOES can be researched either by: bpoe number, state, or city
For example: if you wanted to collect chips from all Alaskan bpoes, a quick search by state shows there are 17 Alaskan bpoe lodges.
Or, even weirder: if you wanted to collect all bpoes from a particular city (say, Greenville), a search by city shows there are 8 cites in the US named Greenville that have/had bpoes
Lastly some bpoes with a relatively low lodge number went out of existence only to be reborn many years later with a much higher lodge number. in effect some lodges have/had more than one number assigned
