Henderson. But that city directory seemed certain the Silver Slipper was in "Las Vegas" quite some miles away. BTW, I also googled "Pittman" but nothing relevant came up. The odd thing, I could find nothing for a 900 block of Boulder Highway Las Vegas, the Google Map pointer kept going to Sam's Town. Ahhhh, I think Sam Boyd rigged the Google-izer!

Not sure if there are low-number blocks for Boulder, but also not sure which is the first house number for the highway. The old Silver Saddle (now something different - Lucky Slots or some such) would have been pretty close to the beginning of Boulder (but it's got a Charleston address).
