Rincon Casino has started table games, eff. Sept 1, at its casino in Valley Center, CA (northern San Diego county). 12 tables, mostly Blackjack.

FYI, Rincon has been a slots-only casino in recent years, though when it first opened it had a poker room with chips.

Rincon is the tribe that's building a Harrah's brand casino, to open Fall 2002.
