With checking at pennycollector.com . Looking under Nevada then Las Vegas there is not a listing for a Dottys or Dotty's.

Generic at this point I would say.

There was a gal name Dotty Dow who was a designer and roller of a lot of different ec's (elongated Cents) I for sure would never guess it might be a personal of hers.
