1. Revoke the operators' license of anyone CONVICTED of DUI

2. Require the operator to install and pay for the breath analysis device that prevents the operator from starting the car after consuming alcohol.(should a restricted license be issued for driving to work)

3. Mandatory jail time for conviction for driving after revocation of license (DUI related).

Before I upset anyone's concept of personal freedom, driving is a privilege, not a right. I have worked accidents caused by a driver under the influence. It ain't pretty.
