I can't find any portion of the statement... and since I know you've been up to date with what they publish, I asked. It could relate to what Dr Birx commented on when she said the increase of testing and running recent cultures will show a sharp increase in positive cases... She also bluntly warned the press to not panic with the new numbers. So I do not know.. except that South Korea has fewer new cases.
