If your flight to Nevada is not cancelled, and if Nevada hotels/casinos reopen due to a low increase of the virus, would you still consider going knowing the current number of infections in neighboring California -- along with knowing the estimated infections eight weeks from now, per the governor of CA... and that there might be a slight chance that some CA folks would illegally leave their home and travel to LV... And, upon checking in you notice a group of folks who appear to be from CA, since one or two of them who are known to have a stash; carrying and selling toilet paper (a dead giveaway)...?
