If by chance flights to France resume by early-May, would you travel to Europe, knowing you would be much safer here as an American, should either you or your wife need urgent medical attention... and now that we are learning the time span between a relapse; positive... hospitilized, discharged and two weeks later being tested positive again? Not sure what the term is for the second relapse; being positive for the third time.
