I just found on my own the Chip Guide info and link!

Chip Guide gives this info:
"Atlantic Maritime was a Casino Management Co. and managed many casino. Some of these chips were used on board The Seascape, sailing out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. On the inlays there were many variations dealing the location of location of the denomination, and the prop blades on the bottom right of the flag are colored or white."

So the "A" is for Atlantic Maritime. What I thought were 3 balls or grapes on the chip is actually ship propeller blades!
