I regularly report Copyright Infringement to eBay

When I notice a ChipGuide image used in an eBay auction, first I ask the seller to remove the image. That works most of the time. I always give a deadline of 24 hours. After that I use the eBay copyright infringement form. Hardly ever works because by the time they respond the auction has already ended. If you are really serious, send eBay a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) letter. If eBay does not respond, they can be held legally responsible. I've gone as far as a DMCA letter twice to ISP's that were hosting a website that extensively copied ChipGuide content without permission. They took action immediately and took down the website.
