France now has the first death in Europe. In fairness, it was an elderly Chinese tourist from the affected Chinese province - but I have read that Chinese that can afford to do so are spilling out of China and going elsewhere to ride out the storm, but they're carrying the virus with them. The U.S. and Canada has blocked them somewhat, but I'm not sure other countries are as aggressive in putting them in quarantine
