Hi Kevin. Try "Casinos and their Ashtrays" by Art Anderson. I got my copy from Charles T. Rodgers at C.T. Coins who advertises here on the Board. Loaded with pictures and histories of the different casinos. Only negative--it is dated 1994 but it includes most of the old ashtrays. I guess prices just only go up τΏτ. Doug
