At our meetings, the Early Bird Auction begins at 6:45 pm, followed by our Guest Speaker and then the Club Meeting. You can see the list of auction items, and scans, in this message. In the event you are not able to make it in person, you are welcome to email Jim Follis at jim@gamingore.com with your highest proxy bid(s). Just include your CC>CC or SNCCC membership number and which Lot(s) you want to bid on. For the Live auction, payment for winning bids is due at the end of the auction. If you are an absentee winner, you will receive an invoice. You may bring any items for future auctions with you. Any form of Casino Memorabilia is welcome. The Club takes a 20% seller’s fee unless you opt to donate all proceeds to the Club.

Guest Speaker
This month’s Guest Speaker is Joseph Kent, Director Of Education at the National Atomic Testing Museum in Las Vegas, Nevada. He holds a of Master of Arts (M.A.) in History, Public History, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History, Public History/Museum Studies, from Ohio Northern University. He will be speaking on the impact of Atomic testing on the gaming industry. The National Atomic Testing Museum (NATM) is a National; science, history and educational Institution that tells the story of America’s nuclear weapons testing program at the Nevada Test Site. The Museum uses lessons of the past and present to better understand the extent and effect of nuclear testing on worldwide nuclear deterrence and geo-political history. It provides collection-based exhibits and learning activities for greater public understanding and appreciation of the world in which we live. Its collections and activities are inseparably linked to serve a diverse public of varied ages, backgrounds and knowledge.

Raffle 50/50
There will be a 50/50 raffle for cash and/or prizes which is quite fun! We have some great prizes that have been donated by our membership as well as from local vendors.
If you are not yet a member of the SNCCC, or your membership has lapsed, I invite you to join the SNCCC. An annual membership is only $12.00 payable at the door. You are, of course, welcome as a guest to see what we’re all about and you can bring your friends as well!!!!!!!!!! Our meetings are short, which gives you lots of time to socialize and gain knowledge about whatever interests you with casino memorabilia.

On behalf of the SNCCC, I sincerely hope you will join us and hope to talk to everyone there.
