Since Eldorado owns Tropicana, which runs MontBleu, and is buying Harrah's/Caesars, it has to sell one hotel at Tahoe. Whoever takes over MontBleu will not necessarily get rid of gaming. There are plans to build a new convention center in the MontBleu parking lot -- I'm not sure if those plans will be impacted by all the corporate ownership changes.
