No doubt, maybe Nevada, not sure the year of that one ? But Richard Hubers chip is most likely from CA and not a UFC from what I know. I had the $1 but gave it to my California Table Partner.
And I was told it was from California and very rare ? So maybe needs to be validated further, help Jay Pike.
