See, I had an Elias Club chip once - sold it on eBay after learning it was not a California chip. Now you say it was. Gotta look through 1,000 chips in a mystery box to try finding another one. The club would have been just a couple of doors north of the former Garlic City Club location on Monterey Street (Garlic City has since moved east).

Looks like the Elias Club today is Banning Upholstery. Why would anyone want to ban upholstery? It's such a useful thing!
