might be from the opening of the tunnel that went under Hwy 50 to Harrah's. I have no idea if that is true but there is a tunnel still today. I remember it as a kid because that is where the arcade was located. The adults would go play their games while the youngsters would play our games. BTW - nice finds as usual!
