If you’ve never been to Gallup New Mexico it’s one of those towns you have to see... because it has lots of old americana. Back in the 1950s and 60s route 66 was the only Way West. And all the small businesses did everything to get you to stop and check out their little businesses .... Gallup New Mexico has the railroad running through it and now it’s part of Route 40 interstate. Visit the old El Rancho hotel pretty good dining room and there are a lot of little places with authentic Mexican Indian food.
