Cindy and I have a two week tour of France coming up in Spring and I need up to $1000 ($500 is probably enough) in Euros for our trip to cover buying casino chips and other incidentals. Anyone have anything left over from one of your trips??? I would buy any amount that you have. Nothing drive me crazier than to get home and see all of the incidental charges just for exchanging a few dollars into the local currency. I got lucky on the last trip when I found a guy on Craigslist who was a musician in Europe and had lots of euros to sell. But of course I spent it all.

I just finished with the major job that I do before every trip - I print out maps of every casino, flea market and antique store in each town we will be stopping at. Now I have a stack of papers about 1/4 inch thick. Since the tour covers most of the country I hope to get into a few less common casinos and pick up some nice chips. Of course I will be taking the optional tour to Monte Carlo just to visit the casino.
