As far as I'm aware, the Trin & Tobago version were made for a casino that never finalized or obtained its license. The stock of ~20k chips was eventually sold by ASM.

A subsequent lookalike set (Also made by ASM) was made to supliment the originals & were made with a slightly different face and a location of Turks & Caicos so as to be easily distinguished from the originals, as seen here:
