On my most recent chipguide news email, I noticed a "new" chip designation (CG232673) for the
Harrah's Grand Opening $5 chip from Marlyland Heights, MO.

Other than some description changes, isn't it the same chip as the previous one (CG001837)?
I wasn't sure if updated descriptions also changed the CG numbers.
Just was curious.
