I haven’t heard anything back from my first post so want to try again.

This chip doesn’t not appear to be listed in TCR.

It has no signs of the Binions name on the front and has not been scratched out like most of the other chips in the HCE series.

It also has 4 very light notches on the edge just like the one listed on the chip guide that can barely be seen from the front or back of the chip.

Does anyone know why this chip is not listed in TCR?
If it a rare chip?
Any idea of approximate value ??!!!
